The Young Manager Advisory Board (YMAB) represents the unified voice, vision and needs of young, passionate, emerging managers within the Australian Institute of Management.
The YMAB identifies and helps to implement management initiatives for emerging leaders by engaging with young managers and encouraging them to voice their opinions on the profession and challenges of management.
Since the inception of the YMAB, the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) has seen significant growth of members in the under 35 demographic. The YMAB has also launched many initiatives to enhance the value to young members of the Institute including the AIMe category, AIM Mentoring Program and AIM30 group.
If you are a young or emerging manager looking to leave a lasting impression on the profession, I encourage you to explore the plethora of opportunities AIM and the YMAB offer. I look forward to defining the future of management and AIM in partnership with the leaders of tomorrow.
