Leslie Delaforce practices a management style that mirrors his own personal brand. He is a manager who reflects integrity, determination, passion and proactive leadership in all aspects of his life.
As the Senior Advisor – Aboriginal Policy and Strategy within the Department of Corrective Services, Leslie’s role involves advising the Department’s Executive on complex Aboriginal issues, developing strategic solutions and at times representing the Department at a national level.
Throughout his career, Leslie has shown a passion for assisting the community through rehabilitation measures and supporting the underprivileged. This is evident in his volunteering assistance in the development and coordination of Aboriginal Homework centres, and more recently, developing a personal leadership project called the Aboriginal Executive Development Program.
Leslie was proudly awarded the Young Professionals/Indigenous Scholarship Award at AIM WA.
