As Account Director at DCODR agency, Josh manages staff operations and client interaction. According to colleagues, the agency has never delivered better work than it is today, and this is largely due to Josh’s influence on organisational culture.
In his spare time, Josh teaches university and TAFE students in digital marketing. It was Josh’s willingness to challenge the status quo and influence more established teachers that led to the introduction of ‘no textbook’ classes, a practice that is now widely accepted in digital marketing.
